- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Optional: garlic powder paprika
Wash and peel the russet potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into even-sized sticks (about 1/4 inch thick).
Soak the potato sticks in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
Drain and pat the potato sticks dry with a towel.
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Toss the dried potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
