Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 1 cup radishes thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash the cucumbers and radishes thoroughly.
  • Thinly slice the cucumbers into rounds.
  • Slice the radishes in the same manner.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cucumbers and radishes.
  • Add the chopped cilantro and sliced green onions.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
  • Pour the dressing over the cucumber and radish mixture.
  • Sprinkle with chili flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Toss everything together until well combined.
  • Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
