- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: chocolate chips nuts, or dried fruit
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Add almond butter and mix until well combined.
Stir in honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
