Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips nuts, or dried fruit

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  • Add almond butter and mix until well combined.
  • Stir in honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • If desired, fold in chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
