  • 2 cups cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.
  • In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add heavy cream and blend until incorporated.
  • Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract, flour, and salt until fully combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan.
  • Bake for 50 minutes, until the top is dark brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
  • Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  • Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
