Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast diced
  • 1 cup gnocchi
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup carrots diced
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat.
  • Add diced chicken and cook until browned, then remove and set aside.
  • Sauté onions, carrots, and celery until softened.
  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Add gnocchi and return chicken to the pot.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until gnocchi are tender.
  • Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
