Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Place a slice of cheese on each chicken breast to melt slightly.
  • Toast the hamburger buns in a separate pan.
  • Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun.
  • Layer with lettuce, tomato, onion, and the fried chicken.
  • Top with the other half of the bun.
