Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Croutons to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Grill the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Chop the grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing.
  • Toss the lettuce until evenly coated with dressing.
  • Add the chopped chicken on top of the dressed lettuce.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the salad.
  • Add croutons for crunch and serve immediately.
