Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  • Season the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
  • Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the seasoned flour, then into the eggs, and finally into the breadcrumbs.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the cutlets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove from heat and let drain on paper towels.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
