- 2 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
Season the flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Dip each chicken breast into the seasoned flour, then into the eggs, and finally into the breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the cutlets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove from heat and let drain on paper towels.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
