Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 200 g egg noodles
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 1 celery stalk diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually around 8-10 minutes.
  • Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Once the noodles are tender, add the shredded chicken to the pot.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Remove from heat and let the flavors meld for a few minutes.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
