Ingredients
  

  • 200 g chicken breast diced
  • 150 g noodles egg or wheat
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add the diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  • Add sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets, stirring until tender.
  • Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
  • Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your delicious chicken noodles!
