Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine milk and instant pudding mix; whisk until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  • Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish with a layer of graham crackers.
  • Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers evenly.
  • Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.
  • Spread the remaining pudding mixture over this layer.
  • Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  • In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the top layer of graham crackers, spreading evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
