Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb meat chicken, pork, or beef, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables bell peppers, broccoli, carrots
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: cashews or peanuts for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced meat and stir-fry until browned.
  • Remove the meat and set aside.
  • Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Return the meat to the skillet and mix well with vegetables.
  • Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with cashews or peanuts if desired.
