  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups of diced bread
  • 1 cup of cooked sausage crumbled
  • 1 cup of diced ham
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Grease the crockpot with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Add the diced bread and mix until soaked.
