Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin.
  • Mix together the chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika in a bowl.
  • Place the pork tenderloin in the crockpot.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the pork.
  • Cover the crockpot with the lid.
  • Set the crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  • Check the internal temperature of the pork; it should reach 145°F (63°C).
  • Once cooked, remove the pork and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Slice the pork tenderloin and drizzle with the cooking juices.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
