- 6 medium cucumbers sliced into spears
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup salt
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoons dill seeds
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Fresh dill sprigs
Wash and slice the cucumbers into spears.
In a pot, combine water, vinegar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
