- 1/2 cup nut butter peanut or almond
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts e.g., almonds, walnuts
- 1/4 cup seeds e.g., chia, flax
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: shredded coconut for rolling
In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, and honey.
Stir in chocolate chips and chopped nuts until evenly mixed.
Add seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
