Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko preferred
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  • Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, coating thoroughly.
  • Dip the floured shrimp into the beaten eggs.
  • Roll the shrimp in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the shrimp in batches, frying until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes per side).
  • Remove the shrimp and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
