- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko preferred
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry.
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Dip each shrimp into the flour mixture, coating thoroughly.
Dip the floured shrimp into the beaten eggs.
Roll the shrimp in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp in batches, frying until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes per side).
Remove the shrimp and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
