- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the brown sugar, applesauce, molasses, and vegetable oil until smooth.
