Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nuts almonds, walnuts, or pecans
  • 1 cup seeds pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried fruits raisins, cranberries, or apricots

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, nuts, and seeds.
  • In a separate bowl, mix honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, then stir the granola.
  • Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • Once cooled, mix in the dried fruits.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
