- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts almonds, walnuts, or pecans
- 1 cup seeds pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dried fruits raisins, cranberries, or apricots
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, nuts, and seeds.
In a separate bowl, mix honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes, then stir the granola.
Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
Once cooled, mix in the dried fruits.
