Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can 10.5 oz condensed tomato soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked pasta elbow or penne
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: pickles mustard, and ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  • Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the tomato soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  • Fold in the cooked pasta until evenly combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
