- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can 10.5 oz condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked pasta elbow or penne
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: pickles mustard, and ketchup
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
