- 1 pre-made pie crust or puff pastry
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced vegetables
- 1/2 cup cooked meats
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish optional
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles to fit a muffin tin.
Press the dough circles into the muffin tin cups.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
Add salt and pepper to the egg mixture.
Layer the bottom of each pastry with vegetables and meats.
Pour the egg mixture over the fillings, filling each cup about ¾ full.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg is set and the tops are golden.
Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
