  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly under running water.
  • Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water.
  • Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Cook the potatoes until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  • Drain the water and let the potatoes cool slightly.
