Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 2 cups green beans trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs rosemary or thyme for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Toss the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange the seasoned chicken on one side of the sheet pan.
  • Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then place on the other side.
  • Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Add the green beans to the sheet pan.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 25 minutes.
  • Ensure the chicken is cooked through (165°F).
  • Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
