Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup active sourdough starter
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: herbs for flavor

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sourdough starter and warm water.
  • Stir in the flour until no dry bits remain.
  • Add salt and olive oil, mixing until combined.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 4-6 hours.
  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into two equal portions.
  • Roll out each portion on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Add your favorite toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
