- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lime juice
- Flour or corn tortillas
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Marinate the flank steak in olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
