- 1 box of strawberry cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries chopped
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs; mix until smooth.
Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch round cake pan.
