Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs parsley, thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, chopped herbs, and spices.
  • In a pan, sauté onion and garlic in butter until softened.
  • Add sautéed onion and garlic to the bread mixture.
  • Pour in vegetable broth gradually and mix until combined.
  • Form the mixture into balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  • Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the stuffing balls.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
