Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon seedless, cubed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds.
  • Place the watermelon cubes in a blender or food processor.
  • Add the sugar and lime juice to the blender.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or an ice cream maker.
  • If using a dish, place it in the freezer.
  • Stir the mixture every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours.
  • Once fully frozen, scoop the sorbet into bowls.
  • Garnish with mint leaves if desired before serving.
