- 4 cups watermelon seedless, cubed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon mint leaves optional
Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds.
Place the watermelon cubes in a blender or food processor.
