- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup cornflour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine cornflour, salt, and pepper.
Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat in the cornflour mixture.
Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
