Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup cornflour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine cornflour, salt, and pepper.
  • Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat in the cornflour mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  • Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  • Drizzle the sauce over the chicken and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
